The School of Social Work’s M.S.W. Program encourages you to participate in one of our upcoming prospective student Discovery Days. You’ll have the chance to get to know us, our program, the School of Social Work and the VCU community. For event dates, times and registration go to the VCU School of Social Work prospective student calendar.
Discovery Days format
Discovery Days are designed to provide you the opportunity to fully experience our program, school and university.
Facilitated by student success advisers, faculty members, administrators, current students and/or alumni, this session will provide you with an opportunity to ask questions and hear about:

- M.S.W. formats (advanced standing, full-time, part-time, distance education)
- M.S.W. application process
- VCU and School of Social Work resources that support student success
- Student perspectives
Wear something comfortable and let the Office of Student Success staff lead you on a comprehensive tour of the university’s Monroe Park Campus, including social work landmarks.
