The School of Social Work graduate application package is self-managed, which means that it is the applicant’s responsibility to submit the application online and then collect all supporting materials into a single package and send it to the university. Please use this checklist to collect your materials and enclose the completed form with your application package.
Application packages that are missing any items on this checklist will be considered incomplete and will be delayed in their review.
